The most common statement we hear nowadays is that all we need to set up a business is talent and, of course, a good idea. Agreed. But what we often miss out is that good ideas and talented people can’t really stand a chance on the market when they have to deal with copycats backed up by the pockets of unscrupulous VCs… The unethical acts are unfortunately hard to be stopped and more and more simulacra startups gain terrain at fast pace. The immediate solution however is for all of us to refuse to support such companies, knowing that they were created upon the hard work of others, who blackmail and discourage entrepreneurship.
