Microsoft BizSpark supporting early stage start-ups

Microsoft BizSpark is a global program that helps startups succeed by giving them access to Microsoft software development tools, providing market visibility to help promote their business and connecting them to the BizSpark ecosystem, including investors, advisors and mentors. In anticipation to the keynote by Jan Muehlfeit, Chairman Microsoft Europe, at the Entrepreneurs TownHall on the 26th of June, we want to take the opportunity to introduce you to the BizSpark concept, which is one amongst many impressive initiatives that Microsoft has taken in support of innovation and young entrepreneurs. The BizSpark program is pretty straight forward, no hidden tricks, no complications-simple and efficient. The eligibility requirements are minimal: if you’re a privately held company building a software-based product or service (even using open source code), active in business for less than 3 years, and with less than $1M in annual revenue, then you are in! For students, Microsoft has customized the program in order to address specific needs into DreamSpark and Students to Business. For web designers and developers WebsiteSpark is your thing. From getting access to free, unlimited Microsoft software tools to Windows AzureMicrosoft SQL Server and more, the benefits one gets from being in the program are innumerable. And if we’re talking about benefits, you should also check out the BizSpark Plus Accelerator and Incubator Programs and Microsoft Accelerator for Windows Azure. And if after all this you are still open for more, then join us at the UNconvention and find out everything you want to know from Jan Muehlfeit himself. Register here to reserve your spot in time.
