BLITAB, part of the EYIF Delegation, the best startup at MWC Shanghai

It’s been an exciting and very successful week for EYIF at the Mobile World Congress Shanghai 2016, held between 29th June – 1st July, and here you can learn more about our experience in the renowned international metropolis.

For the second year in a row, in partnership with GSMA, EYIF brought top edge European technology companies as part of our Pavilion at 4YFN Startup Area to one of the world’s biggest financial hubs in order to facilitate their access to the Asian market. The companies had the opportunity to showcase their experience and their products and network with mentors and investors during the 3-day event.

The European Startup delegation to MWC Shanghai has been carefully selected and we are proud to announce that BLITAB, one of the startups we have chosen, won the 4YFN Award Shanghai edition and was rewarded with an exhibition space at 4YFN at Mobile World Congress 2017 in Barcelona.

“Mobile World Congress Shanghai 2016 was the event of the year for BLITAB as we launched our product – the World’s first tactile tablet and celebrated it together there. As being part of EYIF delegation, we managed to meet customers, partners and industry leaders from all over the world. Winning the 4YFN  startup competition among 100 start-ups boosts our success and future acceleration goals for MWC Barcelona 2017.” said Kristina Tsvetanova, CEO and Founder BLITAB.

The Internet of Things, connected cars, big data, smart cities, and drones have been some of the topics of this edition. With our presence there, we reinforced our existing partnership with GSMA and we also had fruitful discussions with key players from big companies such as VISA and Qualcomm. The networking cocktail reception gave us the opportunity to meet potential partners from Chinaccelarator, the number one startup accelerator in the East, but also from  the Mobile World Capital Barcelona.

Furthermore, one of the highlights at Mobile World Congress Shanghai 2016 was the successful and truly inspiring speech of the founder and CEO, Kumardev Chatterjee, on the 4th Industrial revolution, emphasizing the indispensable role of drones in the near future- something that consequently created tremendous interest to the audience in Unmanned Life’s projects.

Undoubtedly, Mobile World Congress 2016 represented empowering experience for Unmanned Life, Alert+, BLITAB, Anacode and JiTT.Travel position among entrenched competitors in today’s market.
