Tech, Music and Art at Tech Open Air in Berlin

Next week, from 11 to 14 July, EYIF’s Head of Office, Louis Papaemmanuel, will be heading to Berlin for the Tech Open Air festival. The event will be held at the iconic Funkhaus, with an expected attendance of 20,000+ people, 100+ satellite events and 100+ speakers representing the European Scaling up success stories with names such as SoundCloud, Avast, and WeTransfer. Partnering companies include Airbus BizLab, Bayer, Amazon, Google and EYIF could not be missing. This 6th edition of #TOA17 is expected to be the most robust festival to date!

TOA17 brings together entrepreneurs, artists and scientists to connect at the heart of Europe’s startup scene. The event offers the opportunity to experience inspirational storytelling, interactive forums, art installations, 200+ satellite events, live music, food, drinks and fresh air!

The festival is a good opportunity to learn from successful entrepreneurs, make connections or to pitch your idea. Moreover, there will be also live music and a lot of art, and as mentioned above, more than 100 side events all over Berlin with a variety of topics (e.g. Women in Tech Breakfast, Kayak Pitch Challenge, etc.). Mr. Papaemmanuel will be there to advise startups and SMEs on funding opportunities and on how to secure EU grants, that will enable them to scale up.

Diversification and disruption is an essential element in tech events and that is what makes Tech Open Air Berlin a highly promising event to attend this summer!
